Hi, We’re The Tarangos. 
We're the founders of Prophetic Heart Healing, and we've helped thousands of people around the world encounter Jesus and receive the healing that only He can bring. We believe that a moment in God's presence can bring more breakthroughs than years of traditional counseling. Through our own personal healing journey, we discovered the transformative power of Christ-centered heart healing and as a result became incredibly passionate about others experiencing that same freedom and healing through our heart healing process, Prophetic Heart Healing, and do it in a sustainable way.

PHH Certification Program FAQs
  • Q: When can I apply to be Certified? 
  • ​A: You can apply to be certified with PHH once you have successfully completed each of the 3 levels of our Certification program and met those programs requirements to apply. 
  • Q: What are the requirements to be certified with PHH?
  • ​A: You must successfully complete each PHH levels (Prep Course, Skills & Authority) and met each level's requirements, be between an 8-10 on the PHH Personal Health Scale, carry the heart of PHH, and pass an interview process with the PHH team. 
  • Q: ​If I decide before or during the program to back out, will I be refunded for my payment plans/full payment?
  • ​A: No, due to the fact that you receive the program materials and training videos from the start, the program is non-refundable and payment plans will continue whether you chose to continue with the program or not. Please prayerfully consider your decision to join us!
  • Q: ​If I do not finish the course in 12 months, can I have an extension?
  • ​A: Because the PHH programs are largely based on being  coached by the PHH team, all requirements must be completed during the time given (12 months). If you do not finish, you will need to re-enroll for the course to extend. 
  • Q: ​After I complete the PHH Certification course,  how soon can I apply to be certified with PHH?
  • ​A: You will be eligible to apply as long as your requirements are complete. There is an application processing fee of $197.
  • ​Q: What happens if I am  not certified after applying?
  • ​A: We’d encourage you to take the feedback given to you from the PHH team, and continue to grow! If you wanted to continue on the PHH journey, you would need to re-enroll for the program and keep going deeper/try again at a later point. You can reapply up to 2x a year.
  • ​Q:If I am certified, how can I use the PHH tools? 
  • A: ​Once Certified, you are considered a Certified PHH Facilitator and may use the PHH tools to start a 1:1 session practice of your own and use the title Certified PHH Facilitator in your marketing/branding. You are not released to train in PHH or facilitate group PHH sessions. For more details on how you can use the PHH tools once Certified, please refer to the Certification Agreement. 
  • ​Q: Will PHH send me heart healing clients once I'm certified?
  • ​A: If you choose to join the Certified Facilitator Business Accelerator Program once certified, you will have the opportunity to receive paid clients through PHH. This is a hands on coaching program offered to help you start your PHH business.  This program is only offered to PHH Certification Students and is a separate course from the Certification Program.
  • ​​Q: Once I’m certified, am I certified forever? 
  • ​A: If Certified, yearly requirements are required to continue being considered a PHH Certified Facilitator and to have access to the Certified Facilitators community, continual education, any product iterations added onto the course materials and key mentorship.  If we certify you and after the fact we see there are some things not lining up with the PHH heart and health standard, we reserve the right to remove the Certified Facilitator title from you and remove you from the PHH community.

By choosing to join the PHH Certification Program, you are not by any means being guaranteed that you will be certified. The PHH Certification Program is intended to prepare you to APPLY to be Certified, taking you deeper as a PHH facilitator and deeper in your personal health and character development. You may be instructed to enroll in one of the Modules again if the PHH Leadership team does not believe you are ready to be Certified at the time you apply.

We also reserve the right to remove you from being a Certified Facilitator at any time.  If we certify you and after the fact we see there are some things not lining up with the PHH heart and health standard, we reserve the right to remove the Certified Facilitator title from you and remove you from the PHH community.
